The Malik family has been in the restaurant business for thirty years. Mr. Malik, the patriarch of the family, operated several restaurants throughout New York City alongside his wife, Mrs. Malik. Their children have also taken part in the family business, which has welcomed local politicians, community organizations, and loyal patrons for nearly a century.

Today, Chef Malika oversees the Manhattan operations while also caring for her grandchildren. The restaurant remains a true family affair—an inviting place where everyone is welcome.
